Fitness Readiness & Waiver
Before booking a fitness session, all participants must carefully read the Exercise Readiness Questionnaire.
If you or anyone in your party answers 'Yes' to any of the questions, please visit Reception or call 01803 782338 to speak to our Leisure Manager before booking to confirm they are able to take part.
You will need: Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise and a bottle of water.
Location: Wellness Studio, Whitehill Country Park
Before your session
To ensure a smooth experience, please complete the waiver emailed to you prior to your session (Not required for members).
Please check in at Reception upon arrival. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the session start time.

Please take care to ensure you book the correct ticket.
- Standard ticket: £6.50 per session
- Holiday Guests: £4.50 per session (available to guests staying onsite on the date of the booked session)
- Leisure Club Members: FREE
- Platinum Family Rewards Card Holders: FREE
A valid Leisure Club Membership or Platinum Reward Card must be presented on arrival or standard charges apply.
