I booked a ticket but missed the session, can I have a refund?
Unfortunately not. These are time based activities, refunds cannot be made once the session has begun. If you think you may miss the start time for a booked event please contact us as soon as possible on 01803 782338.
Do you offer discounts for childminders?
We currently do not offer any discounts for childminders.
