Try our water-based fitness class - Aqua Groove!
Have fun and get a full body workout as you boogie away to your favourite tunes in the indoor pool. This low impact aerobic session will get your heart pumping, whilst being kind to joints!
Suitable for: Recommended 16 yrs+ (You will be required to stand on the bottom of the pool 1.4m depth, swimming skills not essential)
- Before booking a Fitness Session all users must carefully read the Exercise Readiness Questionnaire and Declaration Click here
- If you or anyone in the party planning to take part in the session answered 'Yes' to any of the questions, please visit Reception or call us on 01803 782338 to speak to our Leisure Manager to receive clarification that they are permitted to take part in this activity before booking your session.
You will need: Swimwear, a towel and bottle of water to ensure you remain hydrated during the session
Location: Whitehill Country Park Indoor Swimming Pool
Please check in for your session at Reception. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the start time to allow time for changing.

Please take care to ensure you book the correct ticket.
- Standard ticket price is £5 per session
- A discounted rate of £3.50 per session is available to holiday guests staying onsite on the date of the booked session.
- Complimentary tickets available for Leisure Club Members and Platinum Reward Card Holders only. (Valid membership card must be presented on arrival)
