Pilates and Body Conditioning
Join us for a welcoming, mixed-ability class ideal for those new to Pilates or looking to refine their technique. Led by Alison from Swan Pilates, this session focuses on core strength, flexibility, and postural alignment through controlled, low-impact exercises designed to promote a strong, balanced body.
Modifications are offered throughout to accommodate different experience levels and abilities, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
Suitable for: Beginners and Improvers Aged 16 years+ only (This class is not suitable for advanced practitioners)
