Perfect for keeping fit away from home, our fitness suite features a great range of Matrix Fitness equipment to provide everything you need for a full body workout.
Our treadmills, elliptical cross trainer and bike offer immersive Virtual Active training routes around famous international locations, from Sydney Harbour to the South of France! The easy to use FitTouch consoles are connected to WiFi, so you even watch Netflix! Plus, you’ll also find a Rower, Resistance Equipment and Free Weights.
Suitable for: All users must be aged 16 years+
- Before booking a Fitness Suite Session all users must carefully read the Exercise Readiness Questionnaire and Declaration Click here
- If you or anyone in the party planning to use the Fitness Suite answered 'Yes' to any of the questions, please visit Reception or call us on 01803 782338 to speak to our Leisure Manager to receive clarification that they are permitted to use the facility before booking your session.
- If you would like a induction to the Fitness Suite, please contact Reception.
Time: 1 hour session
Cost: £3.50 per person
Complimentary sessions are available to Platinum Family Reward Card holders only. Please ensure you present your valid card on arrival to all booked sessions or standard charges will be apply.
